Controversial Nigerian street-hop singer Habeeb Okikiola, better known as Portable, has once again turned to Afrobeats superstar Tiwa Savage for help — this time on behalf of his new artiste.
Sliding Into Tiwa’s DMs
Portable took to Instagram to share a screenshot of the private message he sent to Tiwa Savage. In the message, he pleaded with her to support his artiste, Ifeoluwa Bolanle Babatunde, popularly known as Sexy Shay.
He also posted another chat, where Sexy Shay herself had reached out to Tiwa, thanking her for her encouragement. In response, Tiwa urged the rising singer to send over some options for her records.
Portable’s Praise for Tiwa
Clearly overjoyed, Portable showered the “Somebody’s Son” crooner with praises, describing her as a “Talk and Do Godmother” and the “Queen of Africa.”
He wrote:

Portable’s Bond With Tiwa Savage 💫
This is not the first time Portable has openly declared his admiration for Tiwa Savage.
- In 2022, he shared a video from London, where he met her in person and referred to her as the “Ogbanje of Africa” and the “Number One in Africa.”
- In February 2023, he leaked a private chat with Tiwa, calling her the “Mama Ika of Africa” while appreciating her for showing him love and support.
- Later in December 2023, at the British Fashion Awards in London, Portable ran into Tiwa Savage again. The singer was captured hailing and hugging her warmly, calling her his godmother while raining prayers on her.
