The aim of the design challenge is to help you build community and confidence in your work. It is meant to bring you out of your shell. I know we are all busy people but common, would a response or pinned chat kill us? Can’t we prioritize what’s actually important?

I did not come to scold but to express the heaviness in my heart…..there is no point participating if you are not making intentional efforts to win the competition. Beyond the competition, it’s an avenue to grow.

We initially began with a 2 days duration for each challenge but with observation, it has made us more relaxed rather than focused. Hence, there has been a shift to a daily challenge. This post contains the details of the challenge for the next few days.

I would like to remind you again that you are not here by chance……you have to go hard or go home. Thank you.

You may not have grapsed the whole idea around the 30 days design challenge but that is why this post was created. The contents of this post will in a short time give you a clearer insight of the purpose and structure of this challenge.

As you may know, there are lot of 30 days challenge but what makes this one special is the structure and authenticity of the idea. Not to brag but this is the first of its kind; we are gradually reshaping the narative.

I won’t bore you with long talk….this aims to simply butress on the hear say. Shall we? The vision is to grow together and also help clients or vendors standout in the course of the challenge. It’s more of a connection between vendors and designers. Alot of us struggle not because we are not good at what we do but because we don’t have the audience that value our services.

So, we are trying to prove ourselves worthy to us for those that are not confident in their skill, become visible for those that regardless of being grounded stugle with visibility.

The only thing we want to do is grow and who said we can’t grow together worth a little healthy competition? I’m glad you are here and I hope to see you out speak yourself

Nigeria’s Minister of Aviation, Festus Keyamo, has broken his silence over the viral video involving Comfort Emmanson, a female passenger on an Ibom Air flight, who was captured physically assaulting a flight staff and security personnel.

Omo, this viral matter no be small at all.

In a tweet posted on X (formerly Twitter), Keyamo condemned the public release of the video, which showed indecent exposure of Emmanson during the altercation. He directed that the person responsible for leaking the footage should be identified and sanctioned.

“The Police has promptly arraigned her this morning at the Ikeja Magistrates Court for criminal offences and remanded her at Kirikiri Prisons as she could not provide adequate sureties in court,” Keyamo stated.

Lifetime Flight Ban and Court Case

According to the minister, the Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) has banned Emmanson indefinitely from flying within Nigeria. She has also been charged to court and is currently remanded in Kirikiri Prison after failing to meet bail conditions.

The African Democratic Congress (ADC) has accused the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) of engaging in selective investigations allegedly aimed at intimidating opposition figures.

According to a statement signed by ADC’s National Publicity Secretary, Mallam Bolaji Abdullahi, the party claimed that in today’s Nigeria, all it seems to take to draw EFCC’s attention is to oppose the ruling party — and that aligning with the government is seen as a shield from investigation.

The statement further alleged that the EFCC’s recent actions, including what the ADC described as the “ongoing surreptitious harassment of opposition leaders,” have only strengthened public suspicion of political bias. The ADC called on Nigerians, civil society groups, and the independent media to resist what it termed a “dangerous slide into dictatorship.”

“The EFCC does not belong to the APC. It belongs to the Nigerian people. It is funded by taxpayers, not the ruling party,” the party said.

EFCC Fires Back

Reacting to the claims, EFCC spokesperson Dele Oyewale dismissed them as “untenable and ridiculous,” urging the ADC to back its statements with evidence.

“The commission is non-partisan and non-sectarian… Those who did the crime should be ready to have their time in court,” Oyewale said, insisting the EFCC operates strictly within its legal mandate.

Political Ripples and Internal Cracks

According to insiders, the alleged crackdown has triggered unease within the wider opposition coalition. The Obidient Movement, led by Tanko Yunusa, accused ADC leaders of sidelining Peter Obi’s loyalists from key decisions.

Meanwhile, notable political figures including Akinwunmi Ambode, Kayode Fayemi, and Boss Mustapha have publicly reaffirmed loyalty to the APC, distancing themselves from rumours of joining the coalition.

Former Vice President Atiku Abubakar has also reportedly paused plans to join the ADC amid speculation that ex-President Goodluck Jonathan may enter the 2027 race.

ADC Leadership Shake-Up

Inside the ADC, changes are already underway. Following the resignation of Ralph Okey Nwosu, the party’s 2023 governorship candidates endorsed Nafiu Bala as Acting National Chairman. Bala pledged to rebuild party structures, strengthen internal democracy, and seek strategic alliances.

“Together, we will build a stronger, more united, and effective political party in Nigeria,” Bala said in Abuja.

A woman’s voice in the background recounts the incident, claiming that the man used a fake alert to pay for the luxury clothing, accusing him of being a criminal and claiming he used juju (charm).

This information was made public on the social media platform X (formerly Twitter) after a Nigerian man was caught using a fake bank alert to buy clothes worth ₦5 million at a boutique in Benin, Edo State.

Her words: “The guy is a criminal. He’s using juju. He came to buy clothes of ₦5m and used a fake alert.”As the video circulated online, concerned Nigerians took to the comment section to express their reactions.

A close friend who first shared the news on social media claimed that she died of intestinal hemorrhage and low blood sugar issues, which led to her sad burial.

@PureMinD__ shared the letter on the social media site X (previously Twitter), outlining his motivations and recollecting his efforts to promote Obi’s 2023 campaign.

He said, “I am writing to let you know that if you ever form a coalition with Atiku Abubakar as vice president or any coalition that will not consider you as the presidential candidate, I will be withdrawing my support.”

He continued by enumerating six significant actions he took on Obi’s behalf in the 2023 election:

1. To encourage young people to attend rallies, buses were sponsored.

2. Paid for food and beverages at events and printed campaign materials.

3. Hundreds of thousands of dollars were spent to appease those who intended to interfere with the election.

4. Prevented a violent attack on a Labour Party agent.

5. Used his platforms to promote Obi while turning down big incentives from other parties.

6. Faced threats in a pro-APC setting as a Yoruba man openly endorsing Obi.

He was disappointed that Obi might take a vice presidential position, particularly with Atiku, and questioned how someone who has been actively interacting with the public could become subordinate to someone who has been “chilling in the UAE since 2023.”

The letter highlighted Obi’s special status as a capable and approachable leader who personifies the aspirations of young Nigerians and cautioned that deviating from that course could cost him the allegiance of millions of followers.“

As 2027 approaches, more young voters who couldn’t vote in 2023 will be eligible. If you run, we’ll be there. But if you choose to step down for someone else, you’ve lost me and millions of others,” he concluded.
