Omo, this transfer window is already hot, and it’s about to get hotter! According to Diario AS, Barcelona midfielder Fermín López is attracting serious interest from some of the biggest names in world football — and even from the mega-money Saudi league.

Rising Star in the Spotlight

At just 22 years old, Fermín has become one of the most talked-about names in Catalunya in recent weeks. His impressive displays for Hansi Flick’s Barcelona have made him a fan favourite, but also a prime target for clubs looking to strengthen their midfield.

Omo, you know once Premier League giants start circling, the gist goes international.

Conflicting Reports on His Future

Publicly, both Barcelona and Fermín have insisted he is not for sale under any circumstances. But according to reports, the club’s delicate financial situation means no player’s future is truly untouchable.

Whispers in the transfer market allege that if the right offer comes, the Catalans might just be tempted to cash in — especially if it helps them register new signings or balance the books.

Premier League and Saudi Interest

Here’s where the gist gets juicy. As per the report, Manchester United and Chelsea have already contacted Fermín’s representatives in recent months to check on his availability. And omo, that’s not all — he’s also said to have received calls from Saudi Arabian clubs, where the money flows like water.

With the Saudi Pro League aggressively chasing young European talent, a big-money move could be on the table, though it would mean swapping La Liga glory for Middle Eastern riches.

What’s Next?

With the summer transfer window still open, anything can happen. If Barcelona stick to their “not for sale” stance, Fermín could stay and play a big role in their title defence. But if the financial pressure builds and the offers keep getting bigger, omo, we might just see him in a different shirt before September.

For now, the football world is watching closely — and the rumours aren’t slowing down anytime soon.

Al-Ittihad sporting director, Ramon Planes, has stirred transfer waters after hinting strongly at the possibility of Real Madrid star Vinicius Junior moving to the Saudi Pro League in the future.

In an interview with Marca, Planes didn’t hide his admiration for the Brazilian forward, stating that Vini “has everything going for him” and could easily fit into Saudi’s grand plan of becoming one of the most powerful leagues in the world.

“I don’t rule it out,” Planes said when asked about the potential move. “It’s part of the idea—to bring players at an important moment in their careers. Vinicius could be part of that plan.”

Omo, this is going to hot if Saudi pulls this off!

While Vinicius’ current contract with Real Madrid runs until 2027, it’s allegedly stalling over fresh wage demands. According to reports, Los Blancos might be open to cashing in next summer, especially with heavy interest from the Middle East growing louder.

Let’s not forget—Planes was once Barcelona’s sporting director between 2018 and 2021, so he knows elite football talent when he sees it. He believes Vini fits the profile of what Saudi clubs are now targeting: young, world-class, and marketable.

Vinicius has already achieved so much in Spain, scoring 106 goals and providing 83 assists in 322 appearances for Real Madrid across competitions.

Now the big question is: would he really swap the Bernabéu for Saudi gold?
