Taking to social media, TG Omori disclosed that his medical bills in the last half-year alone are equivalent to two Mercedes-Benz GLE SUVs and one C300. Omo this revelation shock everybody, because it shows how much he has spent just to stay alive.

In his words, he wrote:

“Saw my 6 months health expenses, Omo 2 GLE and one small C300 bro! Health is wealth true true.”

The painful reality of dialysis cost

But omo, this gist no end there. TG Omori further reflected on the high cost of dialysis treatment in Nigeria compared to the minimum wage of the common man, noting that it brought him to tears.

He explained that a single dialysis session costs over ₦100,000, and patients may need up to three sessions weekly. Meanwhile, the minimum wage in Nigeria still stands at ₦70,000.

According to him:

“Dialysis is about 100k plus per session, sometimes you need 3 sessions in a week, minimum wage is 70k. Knowing this fact brought me tears in the hospital cause no hope for the common man.”

Giving back through new project

Despite his struggles, TG Omori announced that he is working on a major glasses design project, which will soon be released for sale. He revealed that part of the proceeds will go to supporting people living with kidney diseases who cannot afford dialysis.

In his words:

“I’m working on my first major glasses design that will be up on sale soon where some of the proceeds will go to people living with Kidney Diseases that can’t afford pay for their dialysis.”
