Known to followers as Cubana Chiefpriest, Pascal Okechukwu, a celebrity barman and nightlife entrepreneur, also attended the high-profile gathering.
Using a video that Cubana Chiefpriest posted on Instagram, the visit was made public and immediately went viral.
As the group listened intently, the Senate President was seen in the video speaking to Davido and his group while holding a document.
Fans and political observers alike were buzzing after Akpabio appeared for pictures with Davido and Cubana Chiefpriest a short while after.
Cubana Chiefpriest wrote a motivational message for the video, encouraging his followers to surround themselves with those who share their vision for the future.
